Keyence VL Series Scanner – Reverse Engineering to create a 3-D CAD file
Spectro Mac LMM Spectrometer – Chemical analysis of metal alloys.
Hexagon DCC CMM – 3 axis dimensional checking of the casting back to the 3-D Cad File
Mitutoyo Optical Comparator – Enlarged 3 axis dimensional checking of castings or machined parts.
Quality Control Shell Testing Lab – Suspended solid test of our shell material for verification of mixing procedures. Chemical analysis report.
Wilson Rockwell Hardness Tester – Verify rockwell readings on castings.
Calibrated Surface Plate(s) – For open-plate dimensional layout.
